🧾 1. Payment & Order Terms

• We accept Prepaid Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Prepaid Orders qualify for free shipping anywhere in India.

• For COD orders, an additional ₹300 handling and logistics charge applies.

• All COD orders require 25% advance payment to confirm dispatch.

💰 2. Refund Policy

• The 25% advance payment is fully refundable only if the ordered product is not available or goes out of stock after placing the order.

• If the product is available and the customer refuses, cancels, or fails to accept delivery, the advance amount will not be refunded.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method.

📦 3. Return Policy

• We ship only factory-sealed, original products.

• Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered.

• In case of a wrong or damaged product delivered, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof for review.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

• Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge.

• COD orders include a ₹300 additional fee to cover logistics and handling.

• Delivery time is usually 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
