No Return or Refund Policy

Muscles Frenzy does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped, except in cases where product authenticity is proven to be defective or not working as intended.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Personal dissatisfaction or expectation mismatch

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Exchange or Return for Product Authenticity Issues

We allow exchange or return only in rare cases where:

  • The product authenticity is proven to be defective or not working

Important Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification

  • Final decision will be taken by Muscles Frenzy management

If approved, we may offer:

  • Product exchange

  • Replacement

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Before Shipping

  • Order modification is allowed only before shipment

  • Once the order is confirmed and processing begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted

After Shipping

❌ Order cancellation is NOT possible after shipping
❌ Order modification is NOT possible after shipping

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the following terms apply:

  • ₹300 shipping charge is applicable

  • 25% advance payment is mandatory before dispatch

  • The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery

Non-Refundable Charges

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery

  • Fails to accept the parcel

  • Is unavailable at the time of delivery

Then:
❌ Advance payment is non-refundable
❌ COD shipping charges are non-refundable

This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of COD services.

Failed or Rejected Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Customer refusal

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Then:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Advance amount and shipping charges will be forfeited

Customers may place a new order if required.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • COD shipping fee of ₹300 is applicable

  • Free delivery may apply only on eligible prepaid orders (if mentioned on product pages)
