Gmed Pharma Cytomel® (Liothyronine Sodium Tablets)

Gmed Pharma Cytomel® contains Liothyronine Sodium, a synthetic form of triiodothyronine (T3), a thyroid hormone naturally produced by the body. It is used to treat conditions caused by an underactive thyroid gland and to support normal metabolic activity, growth, and development.

Liothyronine acts more rapidly than levothyroxine (T4) and is especially beneficial in patients who have difficulty converting T4 into the active T3 hormone.
